Tony Matarrese is the Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Visante. He brings extensive expertise in accounting and a strong background working with sponsor-owned businesses. In this strategic leadership role, Tony oversees all financial and accounting functions, focusing on maintaining financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing financial operations.
Tony also supports executive leadership through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax planning, risk management, and enhancing internal controls—all aimed at driving strong financial performance and long-term sustainability.
Prior to joining Visante, Tony was at Beary Landscaping, a Silver Oak Services Partners portfolio company, where he served as CFO. Before that, he was at Entrust Solutions Group, a portfolio company of Kohlberg, where he served as VP – Corporate Controller.
Tony has a Finance degree from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
He resides in the Greater Chicago area with his wife, Kristin, and their three children: Ava, Anthony, and Alex.
