Erick Siegenthaler, PharmD, MHA, is a Senior Director at Visante with a deep passion for infusion therapy and a track record of building high-performing, patient-centered infusion programs across hospital-based, ambulatory, and home infusion settings. He brings deep expertise in business planning, specialty infusion, site of care and payer strategy, and patient medication access. Erick leads clients by integrating infusion solutions with specialty pharmacy, 340B program management, pharmacy revenue cycle, and supply chain strategies.
Erick’s leadership is driven by a genuine dedication to improving patient care outcomes, enhancing provider satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency—all while delivering substantial improvements in financial performance. He partners closely with health systems to align technology infrastructure and operational workflows, empowering organizations to exceed their strategic goals and transform their infusion services.

Prior to joining Visante, Erick served as Director of Pharmacy—Home Infusion Services at Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI, where he launched a home infusion service line from the ground up. Under his leadership, the program evolved into one of the leading ambulatory infusion programs in the country, encompassing a full-service home infusion pharmacy and multiple ambulatory infusion suites.
Erick is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacy (ASHP), the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA), and the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin. He has also served on the NHIA Government Accountability Committee and the NHIA Board of Directors.
He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He also completed two years of post-graduate training in health system pharmacy administration and leadership at Froedtert Health.
