Visante Names Eric Hayes Chief Financial Officer
Experienced healthcare executive joins Visante as company expands its Performance Partnerships and commitment to delivering exceptional client results.
ST. PAUL, Minn. — September 14, 2026 — Visante, a performance-driven healthcare company that helps health systems achieve stronger financial, operational and patient outcomes through pharmacy, today named Eric Hayes chief financial officer. Hayes succeeds Steve Conley, who recently retired from Visante after serving as the company’s CFO.
Hayes joins Visante as the company continues to expand its work with health systems across the country and elevate its services and Performance Partnerships to help clients achieve greater and more sustainable results. As CFO, he will help ensure Visante has the financial insight, operational discipline and resources to continually strengthen the value it delivers to clients while supporting the company’s continued growth.

Hayes brings more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare and other complex organizations improve performance, build scalable operations and navigate periods of significant growth and change. Most recently, he served as CFO of Medix Infusion, a multi-state ambulatory infusion organization, where he worked across clinical and operational teams to strengthen financial performance, analytics, revenue cycle, managed care and supply chain capabilities.
His healthcare leadership experience also includes CFO roles with GastroCare Partners and Urology Associates. Throughout his career, Hayes has helped organizations strengthen financial and operational infrastructure, expand into new markets, integrate acquisitions and use data and analytics to improve decision-making.

Hayes is known for a collaborative, hands-on leadership style and for working closely with people across finance, operations and other functions to translate strategy into results. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota.
