Eric Hayes serves as Chief Financial Officer at Visante, where he helps strengthen the company's ability to deliver exceptional value and measurable performance for health system clients. As Visante continues to elevate its services and Performance Partnerships, Eric works across the organization to ensure the company has the financial insights, operational discipline and resources to help clients achieve results they may not be able to reach on their own.
A hands-on, people-focused leader, Eric brings more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare and other complex organizations improve performance, build scalable operations and successfully navigate periods of significant growth and change. He has worked closely with executive, clinical and operational leaders throughout his career, bringing a practical approach to connecting financial strategy with day-to-day execution.
Eric previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Medix Infusion, a multi-state ambulatory infusion organization, where he worked across clinical and operational teams to strengthen financial performance, analytics, revenue cycle, managed care and supply chain capabilities. His healthcare leadership experience also includes CFO roles with GastroCare Partners and Urology Associates.
Across his career, Eric has helped organizations build stronger financial and operational foundations, expand into new markets, integrate acquisitions and use data and analytics to improve decision-making. At Visante, that breadth of experience supports two important priorities: continually increasing the value and performance Visante delivers for its clients and building the infrastructure needed to support the company’s continued growth.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota.
