A nationally recognized healthcare executive, pharmacist, and specialty pharmacy leader, Hendrick brings more than 20 years of experience helping health systems transform pharmacy into a strategic enterprise asset that drives financial performance, expands patient access, improves outcomes, and strengthens the patient and provider experience.

Prior to joining Visante, Hendrick founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Scriptology, a technology-enabled medication management company focused on transforming comprehensive medication management through pharmacist-led care, advanced analytics, and scalable clinical operations.
She previously served as Executive Vice President at Shields Health Solutions, where she helped health systems nationwide expand integrated specialty pharmacy and managed services programs. Hendrick also served as Chief Operating Officer at Emory University Hospital Midtown, leading large-scale operational strategy within one of the nation’s premier academic health systems.
