Erin Hendrick, PharmD, MS, FASHP, is Executive Vice President at Visante, where she helps health systems unlock pharmacy as a strategic enterprise growth engine—driving measurable gains in financial performance, patient outcomes, and provider experience, while contributing to a lower total cost of care.
A pharmacist by training and an operator by instinct, Erin brings more than two decades of experience leading transformation across the provider and payer landscape. She is widely recognized for her ability to reimagine the role of pharmacy—elevating it from a traditional service line to a core driver of enterprise value. Partnering closely with C-suite leaders, she aligns pharmacy strategy with organizational priorities to accelerate growth, expand access, and deliver meaningful, lasting impact.
Erin brings a bold vision for the future of pharmacy—one that extends beyond traditional boundaries to enable health systems to enter new markets, scale innovative care models, and capture greater value across the continuum of care. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to closing gaps in care, improving access, and reducing the total cost of care through pharmacist-led, data-driven medication management solutions.
Throughout her career, Erin has held executive leadership roles across some of healthcare's most innovative organizations. She served as Chief Operating Officer at Emory University Hospital Midtown, where she led large-scale operational strategy within a nationally recognized academic health system. She also served as Executive Vice President at Shields Health Solutions, helping health systems nationwide expand integrated specialty pharmacy and managed services programs.
Most recently, Erin was the CEO and Founder of Scriptology, a technology-enabled medication management company focused on transforming comprehensive medication management through pharmacist-led care, advanced analytics, and scalable clinical operations.
