Charlene Dunlap brings over 30 years of HR leadership experience across a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, home health & hospice, and distribution. Since 2002, she has focused her expertise on home health and hospice, helping organizations build strong, people-focused cultures that drive success.
She has held key HR leadership roles, including Staffing and Employee Relations Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, HR Director at Atlas Healthcare, VP of Human Resources and Recruiting at Restore Management Company & Comfort Care Home Health & Hospice, and Regional HR Director/Senior HR Business Partner at Addus HomeCare.
With deep expertise in managing a highly decentralized workforce, Charlene understands the unique challenges of engaging and supporting employees across multiple locations. She is passionate about creating HR strategies that enhance the patient experience journey, ensuring that every team member—no matter where they are—feels connected, valued, and empowered to provide exceptional care.
Charlene earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan.
