Nina Cohen serves as Senior Vice President, Client Services at Visante, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping hospitals and health systems improve operational effectiveness, strengthen financial performance, and successfully execute transformational initiatives. Nina partners with healthcare leaders to address complex operational, financial, and strategic challenges through practical, sustainable solutions that improve organizational performance.
Nina brings extensive experience supporting hospitals, health systems, payers, and other healthcare organizations. Her expertise includes health system operations, revenue cycle transformation, financial performance improvement, strategic planning, program leadership, and organizational change management. She is particularly skilled at helping healthcare leaders navigate complex initiatives that require alignment across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
Prior to joining Visante, Nina held leadership roles at Slalom and Huron Consulting Group, where she partnered with hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations to improve operational performance, strengthen financial sustainability, and execute complex transformation initiatives. Her experience spans revenue cycle optimization, healthcare operations, strategic planning, technology modernization, data and analytics, and organizational change management. Throughout her career, Nina has collaborated with executive leaders and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement practical solutions that improve performance, enhance operational effectiveness, and support long-term organizational goals.
Nina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she majored in Spanish and earned a Certificate in Business.
