Andrew Lewis serves as Visante’s Chief Human Resources Officer, where he leads with a simple but powerful belief: a company’s greatest strategic advantage is its people. His approach centers on building high-performing, values-driven teams and creating conditions where talent can grow, thrive, and deliver meaningful impact for clients and the organization.
Andrew is known for helping companies scale during periods of rapid growth, ensuring the workforce, culture, and leadership capabilities evolve in lockstep with business needs. He brings more than two decades of experience in people strategy across complex, high-growth organizations – expertise that will help Visante continue to strengthen and develop our already elite, contemporary workforce.
Throughout his career, Andrew has guided organizations through transformation by designing modern talent systems, strengthening leaders, creating pathways for new leaders to excel, and fostering cultures rooted in accountability, inclusion, and performance. Andrew brings a rich work experience from HR leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Optum, Progressive Solutions, and Helios. His work at Progressive Solutions and Helios is particularly foundational to his role at Visante, where he led broad people-strategy efforts during major evolutions in company size, structure, and market demands. His proven track record of building world-class HR operations and highly scalable recruiting and professional development programs is vital to supporting Visante’s success as we grow with clarity and confidence.
Andrew is a certified executive coach and is deeply committed to helping leaders discover their potential and strengthening the talent engine that drives long-term organizational success.
