Gretchen Knight is a trusted healthcare leader with nearly two decades of experience driving strategy, analytics, and growth across the care continuum. Now serving as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Visante, Gretchen collaborates with healthcare leaders to align Visante’s comprehensive, innovative solutions with their organizational goals, helping systems navigate pharmacy transformation to advance patient care, enhance operational efficiency, and support organizational growth.

Gretchen has a unique 360-degree perspective on healthcare delivery and strategy with cross-sector experience spanning provider organizations, consulting firms, and technology enterprises—across small community hospitals, academic medical centers and national health systems.

Prior to joining Visante, Gretchen served as Vice President of Service Delivery and Insights at Vizient/Sg2, where she co-led the service team for the data and digital business unit, overseeing a 70-person team supporting over 400 hospital clients nationwide. Known for her deep commitment to client success, Gretchen earns the trust of leaders by translating complex data into actionable strategies and guiding teams through both opportunity and uncertainty with empathy and transparency.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for improving patient care, Gretchen has led enterprise-wide implementation initiatives, large-scale staffing and operational analyses, and service line optimization projects. She is admired for building authentic relationships, fostering meaningful collaboration, and maintaining a consistent focus on process and outcomes. She’s also a respected mentor and team builder, known for cultivating high-performing, mission-driven teams.

Gretchen holds a degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire and lives north of Boston, MA with her husband and three daughters. Outside of work, she is happiest skiing with family, trying new recipes, or cheering on her daughters at their games.
